Chamber of Commerce Affinity Groups

To better serve the needs of its members, the chamber has been sponsoring affinity groups that represent various sectors of Sedona's business community. Representing the needs of 1,000 individual members is nearly impossible, but representing the interests of a dozen groups, each with a unified vision, makes it possible for the chamber to not only address each sector's needs more effectively but also to represent its vision and business interests in the chamber's marketing efforts.

The affinity groups are:

The chamber provides:

Publicity for the group administrative support for the group if and when needed opportunities for marketing the sector opportunity to provide input to chamber's marketing plan opportunity to provide input on editorial in Experience Sedona Guide.

Affinity Group Criteria:

To be a chamber affinity group, the association must be a current member of the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and at least 75 percent of the affinity members must be members of the Chamber. Each group should provide a quarterly report to the designated Chamber representative in order to facilitate the partnership and identify additional partnership opportunities. Individual groups may also have specific criteria which may represent the points of interests of the group. We also request that each group have one representative that acts as the Chamber liason.
