Winter Months in Sedona
Cold nights and plentiful sunshine during the daytime welcomes in our Winter Season in Sedona. Music, marathon, art and wine are all part of the festivities.
On the first Friday of every month, many of Sedona’s prominent art galleries host an evening of openings, demonstrations and receptions. The Sedona Trolley offers free transportation during the 1st Friday Gallery Tour, circulating from Uptown to the world-class galleries clustered in small plazas like Hozho Center and Hillside Sedona. Crowds move through the delicious twilight that cradles Sedona, nibbling food and gazing at everything from fine art to funkier creations.
February 1, 2014: SEDONA MARATHON EVENT- For the 9th year in a row, more than 2,500 runners will participate in 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon races which will take the runners through the scenic Coconino National Forest District, known for its magical red rock formations, and onto the streets of what Good Morning America has chosen as one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Cities in the United States. 928-204-1123 SedonaMarathon.com
