Package Submit Form

Please use this form to submit Deals & Discount Packages to be posted on www.VisitSedona.com. Once you submit your form, please allow 2-3 business days for posting. 

Please note:  No more than five packages can be posted at a time, across the entire Deals & Discount Packages section of VisitSedona.com.  You must be a Tourism Bureau member to participate.

Use the directions below to complete. Please only hit the submit button once.

Use your specific email address here. This will be used in case we need clarification on the discount/deal before posting it. This email address will not be published.
Type discount/deal name here (ie, Summer Fun, Special Day Spa Package, 15% Off, Buy One Get One Half Price, etc). Be creative here. Titles submitted in all-caps will not be accepted. Titles limited to 10 words.
Please enter the name of your business.
Choose one category that best suits your discount/deal. You can only choose one. If you would like your entry to appear in multiple categories (if applicable, only) then you must submit it again. Your deal must be relevant to the category you select; generic deals will not be accepted.
Use this field to describe your discount/deal. You have a maximum of 600 characters. You can use new lines/carriage returns for paragraphs and ** at beginning of lines for automatic bulleted entries. Descriptions submitted in all-caps will not be accepted.
Use the price range to illustrate the price of the discount/deal. This is the amount the consumer will pay for the discount/deal.
Use this field if you have a specific price for the discount/deal (ie, Rooms for $99, 60 Minute Spa Treatment for $60, Total Package price = $120, etc.)
Type in the email of the person who will receive the inquiries/ take the reservations/bookings.
Type in the website of the specific webpage for the discount/deal (if you have one). Otherwise, use the main website field below to access your main webpage. You may list both, if applicable.
Type in your business home page.
This reflects the dates that the discount/deal is available. (ie, Valid through July - August 2007)
This reflects the date the discount/deal will be removed from the website. Your discount/deal will be removed at approximately midnight on the expiration date that you specify.
Image type must be GIF, JPEG, or PNG. Image is not required and will be automatically resized to 200x200px.
